At Dance World, we want you to feel confident in every performance. If your dancewear doesn't provide the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer to ensure they remain in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange items within 5 to 7 business days.
