How do I ensure I am ordering the correct shoe size?

Dance shoe sizing often differs from standard street shoes. We recommend consulting our detailed Size Guide located on each product page, which includes measurements in centimeters to ensure a perfect fit for your performance.

What is your return policy for dancewear and tights?

For hygiene reasons, tights and undergarments cannot be returned once the packaging is opened. Other items, such as leotards and shoes, can be returned within 30 days provided they are in original condition with tags attached and show no signs of wear.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your gear in time for a competition or recital.

Do you offer group discounts for dance schools or troupes?

How should I care for my performance costumes?

Most of our performance wear should be hand-washed in cold water with mild detergent and laid flat to dry. Avoid using bleach or tumble dryers, as high heat can damage the elasticity and delicate fabrics like mesh or sequins.
