Pointe Shoe Fitting Booking Fee - Terms & Conditions

To secure your pointe shoe fitting appointment, a €25 booking fee is required at the time of booking.

Redeeming Your Booking Fee

• The €25 booking fee is fully redeemable against any pointe shoe purchase made on the day of your appointment.
• The booking fee will be deducted from your final purchase total.
• If no pointe shoes are purchased during the appointment, the booking fee is non-refundable and covers the professional fitting service provided.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.
• Missed appointments (no-shows) will result in the booking fee being forfeited.

Pointe Shoe Fittings

• Pointe shoe fittings are specialist appointments carried out by trained and experienced fitters.
• Appointments typically last 30 minutes.
• Attendance at a fitting does not guarantee that pointe shoes will be purchased or that a suitable shoe will be identified during the appointment.
• First-time pointe shoe students must have approval from their dance teacher before attending a fitting.
• Dance World reserves the right to refuse a fitting where a dancer does not meet the necessary requirements for safe pointe work.
• Please allow plenty of time to arrive for your appointment. Our fitters work to a schedule and other dancers may be booked immediately after your fitting.
• If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, we may be unable to accommodate your appointment and your booking fee may be forfeited.
